Indoor, Outdoor, and Online-based Personal Training Available at New You

We at New You are delighted to get back to some sort of normality with a little apprehension in these very changed times. We are taking all necessary precautions in so far as is reasonably practical to make New You as safe as we possibly can for us all.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PLEASE CONTACT US TO SCHEDULE YOUR VISIT TO NEW YOU AND ADHERE TO OUR COVID-19 FACILITY PROTOCOL AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD BELOW.

We have redesigned the training areas so only 1 client and 1 trainer in each room training. Your Room number will be sent to you by your trainer each evening before your training day. Enter via the front door and go straight to your training room, do not arrive until your designated session time, exit by the back door only. Please ensure you bring your own mask if training indoors.

Online personal training is available and delivered using the Zoom online meeting service.

Outdoor Training

New You has created a vibrant, effective and safe outdoor training area to the rear of Baggot street. For the moment we have limited time slots as only 2 trainers are available at any given time. This will ensure your safety and ours.

Our one to one outdoor training facility will continue after we reopen 63 Lower Baggot street as some clients may feel more comfortable in this environment. Both areas are fully equipped to enable our normal high-intensity training systems and designed to allow a minimum of 2 metres separation at all time with your personal trainer.

Many clients have found the outside aspect of the training to be both invigorating and recharging. It’s a breath of fresh air.

For new clients, all consultations will be carried out on Zoom and body composition analysis can be conducted on our InBody 770 in a private room on your own., when it is appropriate. The results analysis can then be discussed over live video.
