Buddy personal training, by popular demand has arrived to New You .As the name suggests, it involves 2 people training together, guided and driven through every second of their workout by their selected personal trainer.

Two people training together with the same aspirations, supporting each other on their personal journey of physical and mental self improvement. Having the support of your buddy and the personal motivation, drive and expertise associated with a New You trainer, we are combining the best of both worlds. 

Whether you want to train with your wife, husband, brother, sister, son, daughter, friend or any other person, our buddy training packages are designed in such a manner that they provide the maximum possible health benefits to both people and make it more economical, all at the same time. No matter if you don’t have a family member or friend to train with, we will help you find a suitable training partner.

This type of training program is generally opted for by couples, friends and co-workers who are on the lookout for an affordable way to attain the benefits of a New You Personal trainer along with the support and motivation attained from a training partner.

Partner training can be very effective and a lot of fun. Ideally, you want to work out with someone who has similar goals and physical abilities. For example, if your goal is to lose weight, find someone who also is interested in losing weight (or we can attempt to find someone for you). The personal trainer will then design a workout that will be appropriate for both people.

No matter how many diet or training programs you may have tried in the past without success , we are confident that we can turn your metabolism from fat storing to fat burning so you can build lean muscle tissue and burn excess body fat. This will be your shared journey of physical and mental self improvement.

The Program

Step 1

We leave nothing to chance. Before you commence training, both individuals will have a complete body composition analysis carried out by their own personal trainer. Utilizing the latest technology in Body Composition Analysis (BIA) we can accurately determine your precise physical condition, enabling us to determine a personal training protocol which will be specific to your needs.

Step 2

This precise reading will then be used to develop your own individual Nutrition plan. Your individual daily Macro Nutrients will be specific to your Lean Body Mass. No 2 people are the same, not even your training partner.

Step 3

We map out and schedule your 4 week training protocol for both you and your partner. You then simply turn up for your allocated slots at New You where you will be greeted and trained by your allocated trainer on every visit.
