4 Week Personal Training and Weight Loss Program
This one to one intensive program is long enough to achieve some dramatic improvements in body weight and body composition. Its short enough so you can remain 100% focused for the entire programme. It’s ideal for people who have been finding it difficult to lose the last 14 to 18 pounds of unwanted body fat.
The program includes:
2 Complete body composition and physiological screenings carried out by our in-house Nurse, at the start and finish of your 4-week program.
Personalised diet and nutrition consultation is then carried out in conjunction with our nurse and trainer. The plan is based on your body composition and your macronutrient requirements specific to your Lean Body Mass. Eating normal foods which you can buy at your local supermarket each meal is designed to rev up your metabolism so you can burn fat without losing muscle. Each balanced meal is designed to energise your workouts and lifestyle. It will also supply your body with the building blocks to aid recovery and build a healthy metabolism.
Your personal trainer is allocated to you right from the start, dedicated to you for the entirety of the course. This allocation is overseen by the course coordinator who will match you with the most suitable trainer relative to your needs. You will then attend for 12 one to one personal training sessions. Each session is precise and meticulously planned. Designed to stimulate and not annihilate your body, appropriate levels of intensity will ensure a positive anabolic response. This will enhance recovery, improve sleep patterns and allow you to become leaner lighter and fitter all at the same time.
By adhering to the structures laid out by your trainer you can expect to lose significant amounts of visceral and subcutaneous fat while dramatically improving muscle tone and density. Within a matter of days, your energy levels will soar and remain constant throughout the day and evening. You will find it easier to get to sleep, you will sleep more deeply and when you awake you will feel energised and hungry.
