This 12 week program includes a detailed analysis of body type, body composition through bio electrical impedance analysis, diet and medical history. When required a simple blood test can establish any biochemical endocrine or hematology deficiencies which may be impeding the individual from losing body fat and replacing lean tissue. This is carried out by our nurse and all bloods are analysed by a Medical Doctor. As an example Andropause in men, pre-menopause or menopause in women can have significant effects on metabolism. By knowing the structural and physiological condition of the individual we can determine the exact course of action to take.
Your individual plan will be put into place through 50, 1 to 1 personal training sessions. This will be carefully monitored through weekly screenings with our nurse.
