Maybe you have something special coming up. You need to look great in your clothes or on the beach. We’ve all seen the person who has lost weight but honestly they don’t look any better. Excessive stress caused by over training or dieting has ravaged as much muscle as fat from the body. Shoulders become narrow and pulled forward, the chest and bum drop and the arms and legs look like they belong to someone else. Sound familiar. The body’s natural proportions get thrown out of sync. When the body moves it wobbles and the waist area becomes even more pronounced because the shoulders have disappeared. It’s a bit like a melting candle.

Anybody can lose weight, but what type of weight are you losing. If you lose significant amounts of muscle your body will lose its shape and your metabolism will slow down. That’s why dieting makes you fat and takes the natural structure away from your body. It doesn’t feel good, it doesn’t look good either. Improving your body shape takes a little more structure, planning and professional guidance than aimlessly burning calories on a treadmill or depriving your body of calories or nutrients essential for good health.

This 12 week program includes a detailed analysis of body type, body composition through bio electrical impedance analysis, diet and medical history. When required a simple blood test can establish any biochemical endocrine or hematology deficiencies which may be impeding the individual from losing body fat and replacing lean tissue. This is carried out by our nurse and all bloods are analysed by a Medical Doctor. As an example Andropause in men, pre-menopause or menopause in women can have significant effects on metabolism. By knowing the structural and physiological condition of the individual we can determine the exact course of action to take.

Your individual plan will be put into place through 50, 1 to 1 personal training sessions. This will be carefully monitored through weekly screenings with our nurse. We will supply the massive action plan that can really RELEASE THAT LEANER FITTER BODY INSIDE YOU. You need to determine some major reasons as to why.
